 | 1987 - 2003 youth club "Veidrodis" ("Mirror") was operating, the credo of which was "Get to know yourself and others through communication". The activity of this club determined the establishment of YPAC. 1991 the first Lithuanian voluntary telephone psychological aid service, Vilnius Youth Line, launched. YPAC initiated resolution of Lithuanian Government to provide toll free numbers for the main Lithuanian psychological support telephone services. On December 15, 2003 Youth Lines in Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda joined their efforts and instead of three separate Youth Line numbers one national Youth Line number (8 800 28888) was introduced. From 2003 toll free number of Youth Line is available for the users of mobile telephone networks Bitė", Omnitel" and Tele2". |  | 1992 Lithuania Stuttering Problem Club established. The Art studio was opened. 1993 non-government, non profit organization Youth Psychological Aid Centre (YPAC) was established. 1994-1997 YPAC newspaper "Centre" was being published. 1996 YPAC took the initiative to renovate a building on Rasų str. 20, and moved into it starting a new and more independent stage of activity. Money for renovation (541 thousand litas) was received from the Netherlands Social Aid for Lithuania Project. |  | 1996 on YPAC's initiative Lithuanian Association of Telephone Emergency Services (LATES) was founded. 1996 preventive work with children and young people of Rasų str. neighbourhood started. 1998 children club "Veidrodukas" ("Little Mirror") was established. 1998 amateur puppet theatre "Lėliukai" ("Puppets") was established. 1999 YPAC became involved in the implementation of the international "Reaching Young Europe" program in Lithuania. A separate organization "Vaiko labui" ("For the Good of Child") was established in 2002 to continue the project on a larger scale. |  | 2000 the team of Social counsellors was gathered. 2001 Information program was established. 2001 YPAC Internet website was created. 2001 Informatio program was established. 2002 Internet counselling program "Draugo laikai" ("Letters to a Friend ") started its work. 2003 Children Day Care Centre was established. |
2003 the book by Dr. Kristina Ona Polukordienė "Psychological Crises and How to Overcome them" was published. 2004 the book "Letters to a Friend" was published. 2004 the constitution of YPAC sharers changed. Vilnius Municipality became the 3rd sharer together with two private persons; the contract of the accommodation usage was made. Each sharer has equal voice for making decisions. 2005 the book "Bereavement. Letters to a Friend II" was published. 2006 YPAC organized suicide prevention concert "Choose Life". 10000 spectators gathered to the concert in "Siemens" arena. 2007 06 04 the renewed program "Letters to a Friend" (www.jppc.lt/draugas) was started. Before that only a few Youth Line volunteers were answering the letters and the answers were public for all the visitors of YPAC webpage. After the reform all volunteers of Vilnius Youth Line (and some from Kaunas and Klaipėda) are answering the letters and the answers are not public, but personal ones. 2007 the functions of Social counselling team were broaden and now it is called the team of Psychologists on duty. 12 staff members and 120 volunteers worked in YPAC in 2007.
